I’ve been sourcing heirloom grains (mostly einkorn) for years for health and family allergies purposes. To have this amazing mill right here from all fairly local suppliers is a huge blessing. The quality of all of their grains is amazing. The 00 varieties are so light and easy to bake with, no more heavy, dense or course results. The Rouge de Bordeaux is delicious with a sort of cinnamon note that makes the best cakes and muffins. Thanks for being a pioneer and bringing healthy good quality grains to the public. You’ve built it out using antique mills and are really embracing the slow food movement. Our tastebuds and healthy guts thank you!
