Used this for cheesy grits and it was superb. Great flavor and texture. Will definitely buy again!
Hopi Blue Corn Grits & Polenta
Seriously. From childhood, I hated grits. I made a batch of these as a treat for my husband. Now I love grits. The full, corn flavor of these, plus the slight grit in the texture, makes them ambrosial.
The Hopi Blue corn made the most delicious, creamiest grits we ever for our shrimp and grits. They will now be a staple in my pantry. I am planning to try a blue cornbread recipe next! My first order from Barton Springs Mill but definitely not my last.
