These grits were so delicious and took me back to eating locally milled grits when I was a child in east Tennessee.
These were the grits that my Great-Great Auntie used to prepare for me when I was a little girl. Boy did they bring back memories. Loves Them !!!
We made homemade creamy dreamy cheese grits paired with ribs off the smoker, spoon bread( a custardy version of cornbread), a sausage, spinach and grits quiche ( a family favorite!), and polenta cakes with a veggie marinara. Delicious food with delicious grains!
The best grits ever. 10/10 would recommend. I will be repurchasing. I wish I would’ve selected the larger option.
Ordered 1 grit and 1 polenta. Have only used grits for cornbread and was very good. Assume same will be when I make polenta. Happy to support Texans!
