Even if I made a mistake, its worth it

Quick little fact: Not all corn pops, crazy huh!? Anyways I bought this corn for one reason, but even if I can't use it for that particular reason, it's amazing quality. I will be using this to plant outside and make some tortillas and posole. An A+ in my book!

    Great product

I was impressed with the beautiful color of the cornmeal, and it has great taste. A little disappointed it's not considered gluten free.

    Great for hot cross buns

I bought TAM 105 to make hot cross buns. The enriched dough rose very well - first rising for about 3 hours, kneaded in mixed peel and diced apple for the second rise, formed the buns and let rise a third time. They are beautifully soft, tender and delicious.
