Just made my first batch of Corn Muffins. They were great tasting & fun seeing Blue instead of Yellow for the muffins.
This grain is one developed and preserved by the Hopi nation through incredible hardships. Was there no possibility of obtaining the grain directly from them?

I used this to make some johnny cakes and the taste was so earthy and rich. I can't wait to make some cornbread with it. I think that it would mix deliciously with some buckwheat flour instead of the ap I used for the johnny cakes. It was so good to get a taste of the Southwest all way up here in Pennsylvania!
