    I use the ‘00 as the ‘white’ flour in a 50/50 whole wheat sourdough recipe and it’s fantastic!

    We use the BSM pizza dough recipe all the time. Tonight, the topping is tomato sauce, zucchini and three cheeses.

    Light and Flavorful

    I was introduced to Butlers Gold at 3rd Street Market in Fort Worth. I decided to try my own recipe and was very happy with the results. The dough was easy to handle, the flavor was great, and the crumb was perfect. I used 30% WW and 70% 00.

    Excellent for pizza dough great flavor and high protein for an airy crust. OO absorbed water so you can go with a higher hydration level.
