In class, you will start from the bottom of a recipe, mixing a dough with a unique and flavorful blend of carefully selected BSM flours. Tyler will include what flour choices work best for a baguette, as well as creative ways to incorporate specialty flours and whole wheats in your dough. He will walk you through the resting, rising, and shaping processes, as well as provide demos for more advanced applications of the baguette craft. This means that within class, you will master a basic, yet elevated baguette recipe \u0026amp; method, and leave with some techniques and ideas to inspire your baking at home. This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate, and even advanced home bakers.
