    White corn grits

    Absolutely delicious is the best description for Barton Springs stone ground grits. My order was delayed during the severe cold and snow, so I bought "old fashion" grits at the supermarket. What a disappointment...right into the trash as soon as I received my order from Barton Springs!! Getting ready to place another order !!

    Great for hot cross buns

    I bought TAM 105 to make hot cross buns. The enriched dough rose very well - first rising for about 3 hours, kneaded in mixed peel and diced apple for the second rise, formed the buns and let rise a third time. They are beautifully soft, tender and delicious.
