I love Barton Springs Mill flour and you have been and will continue to be my primary flour source. Unfortunately, my last order came infested with flour mites and I didn't catch it before it spread through my entire stash of baking supplies. I was low on a lot of things anyway, but I still had to throw a lot out. I've learned from my mistakes and will be inspecting and freezing future orders but this was very disappointing.
I've been adding 5-7% by weight of your amazing spelt flour to my sourdough. It adds a magical taste that we love. Brings a buttery nutty flavor to the loaf along with great texture.
These are great for hummus and salads. Soak 8-24 hours, then 15 minutes in the Instant Pot. It’s that easy. Highly recommend.
