Ancient grains date back nearly 10,000 years! Mostly unchanged over the last hundred years these nutritionally rich grains are seeing a resurgence. We invite you to come taste the difference these grains can make to your bakes. Our Education Co-director, Nadia will walk you through recipes, answer all your questions, and guide you through a culinary journey all in the span of a Sunday brunch. Things to look forward to:
About your instructor & BSM Education Center Co-Director, Nadia Rodriguez:
I got my culinary degree in 2018 but have been working in the culinary industry for 10 years now, with both savory and pastry experience. My passion for cooking started early with my grandmother, and I believe cooking is sharing love. I adore Italian, Asian and Latin cuisines but honestly love all the foods of the world. I love to curate flavors for individuals and make something unique and one of a kind. Sharing the knowledge I have gained and showing how amazing ingredients such as Barton Springs Mill flour and the attitude you bring toward those ingredients can truly transform food into an experience. My ethos is to have fun, do it with love, and you can't go wrong. :)
BYOB is fine by us for participants 21+ 🍻
