      Best Grits I've Ever Had!

For years I used the same brand of white grits but the company did not offer a Non-GMO or organic choice. Then I started looking for organic and the selection was slim. I ordered some from another company and the instructions were definitely not accurate. Finally I found the Barton Springs Grits and was excited to see they were sourced in Texas which is where I live. I ordered white grits, yellow polenta, yellow cornmeal and flour. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I used the yellow cornmeal first as a coating for fish. Tonight I made a pot of grits and I am in love ❤! They were an outstanding perfect mixture of creaminess and texture. My husband was so happy that I finally found what I've been looking for.
