Bloody Butcher Red

Bloody Butcher is a deep red to burgundy colored dent corn, developed in Virginia in 1845. It lends a very muted burgundy hue when cooked or baked.

Oaxacan Green

Oaxacan Green corn is a centuries-old variety that is a favorite of the Zapotec peoples, utilized in their green tamales and tortillas.This dent variety exhibits complex nutty, earthy flavors and aromas, and is high in starch. It lends a subtle yellow-green hue when cooked or baked.

Hopi Blue

Precursors of this strain of flint corn have been raised continuously for 800 years on the mesas of northern Arizona. Hopi Blue Corn was used by the Hopis to make ceremonial Piki Bread.It lends a bright and bold blue-purple hue when cooked or baked.

    Makes the best cornbread!

    I baked cornbread from home ground white dent corn from Barton Springs. White cornbread is my favorite. My husband took one bite and said it tastes like it was made from fresh corn. I had to hold him back from eating the whole batch! Highly recommend this corn. The products from Barton Springs are completely clean and so very healthy. They are shipped quickly, the first day for each of my 3 orders.

    First time rye user

    Nothing to compare to but this worked very well. Used King Arthur recipe that included pickle juice. Won’t do that again. Pickle flavor dominated. Looking forward to next attempt at rye sandwich bread

    Thank you for all your extremely hard work and amazing product! I will be looking forward to using your flour again for my future pizza business, Pablo's Square Pizza! My pizza dough tasted better than before. The rouge de bordeaux and tam 105 gave it that nice natural, hearty, and earthiness flavor. I was wondering, but do you sell either one of them in bulk 50 lb bags? Thank you and hear from you soon.
