I’ve always had issues with gluten, and so my mom suggested trying heirloom wheat. We’ve been making homepage pizzas with the flour and my regular symptoms are non existent! It’s wonderful to know that I can still have a pizza or a homemade pasta without getting sick from the gluten.
I have never before used Barton Springs Mill, but will use them again: excellent variety of products, affordable and easy to use website. This Yecora Rojo wheat flour is delicious: used it with my sourdough starter and 2/3 bread flour with 1/3 Yecora Rojo flour in an artisan loaf and it is a bit nutty flavored along with the sourdough making an exceptional loaf. I definitely recommend Barton Springs Mill.
