The Pastry flour bundle was a nice selection of flours. I am looking forward to trying another bundle - perhaps a bread making bundle
I mill my RdB berries and mix 30-50% with high extraction bread flour in my artisan sourdough breads, starter maintenance rotation, and sprouting. RdB contributes complex flavors and great crumb structure. Most of my flours and berries are sourced from BSM.
I make my sourdough with Rouge de Bordeaux, we just like the flavor, along with Yecora Rojo, also excellent, so many fun berries to try. I have not found a bad one yet!
Great service, and grain is fresh for baking!!
Too many kernels were bad in each bag, from 4 bags I ended up with more than half of bag of bad corn.
