Awesome!

I made pancakes for entire family during Spring Break trip. Pancake loving grandson said they were awesome! I can’t think of a better recommendation. I used Sonora wheat for that batch and plan to use Buckwheat and Rye soon for dinner. I wish your flours were available locally.

Buckwheat pancakes

I loved the buckwheat so much that I haven’t tried the others yet.
The recipe list was a little sparse IMO.

Great flavor

I ordered this for the second time and was confirmed in my impression the first time that the flavor is unique and rich. I made sourdough breads with it and am very happy with the results.

My birthday present, a gift certificate, turned into three fabulous flours from Barton Springs Mill. So far, I've made the website's biscuit recipe with the AP flour, which was very good! The flour itself is so powdery and light, but easy to use. Hooked customer here!

An excellent flour for sourdough

Recently I began working with Rougevde Bordeaux “00” as the main flour in my sourdough bread. As are other BSM flours, it is a dream to work with, and it adds a classic French bread taste to the loaf that will be immediately familiar.

All purpose - stone milled

Heavenly to bake with. Everything we have made has been delicious - sweet breads, cookies, pancakes , waffles.
