Great flavor, beautiful color, and. . .

This was a winner. I ground the berries in my Mockmill and made a basic batard of 50/50 (like to sieve the bran out and do a tangzhong with water). The loaf had an incredible softness and spring that didn't go away even when it was chilled. Delicious nutty flavor. Pair with sesame? Hm. . .It was giving me ideas for upcoming holiday loaves/rolls/bars. . . .

Lost nearly whole bag because it was split open in box had wheat and corn everywhere.

Barton Springs is replacing my busted bags so they have great customer service!
