I really like the flavor of Butler’s Gold, which I use in making sourdough bread. I don’t know how I would really describe the flavor other than to say to my personal taste it is one of the best.

Good quality

I only made a couple loafs of bread (so far) with these wheat berries and the loafs turned out great.

Amazing

I have never made bread or milled my own flour but I got this and mixed in 30% einkorn and my bread came out amazing. So happy with the results. Will be back for more
