Our whole wheat and rye berries and corn kernels are natural agricultural products. We rigorously clean and inspect every product, but removing all foreign material is impossible. Please inspect your grain prior to cooking or milling.
Stardust has such a lovely, creamy taste. It mixes beautifully with a more strongly flavored red wheat, like Rouge de Bordeaux. It’s been a nice recent discovery!

Stardust is a sourdough winner!
My first bake with Stardust wheat berries (50%, with 50% bread flour 80% extraction, 70% hydration, with 20% Rouge sourdough levain with cold overnight fermentation). Great spring, aroma, crumb, and taste. Very pleased with Stardust performance, and cannot wait for next bake.
