    Perfect for shaking up your sweet and savory bakes in the kitchen, this bundle features some of our most flavor-forward and distinctive grains. This bundle contains 2.5-lb bags of:

    • Sonora Whole Wheat One of the first wheats brought to North America, and one of our favorite heirloom grains. Our Sonora Whole Wheat flour has a full-bodied nutty, buttery, and creamy flavor and performs spectacularly in pastry applications for light and short crumb textures. Try it in Rose’s Sonora Linzer recipe!

    • Danko Rye is our strongest rye grain, with earthy, malty and chocolatey flavors. Like coffee, rye is a perfect complement to chocolate. Rose loves it for her Rye Triple Chocolate Crinkle Cookies.

    • Einkorn is one of the oldest ancient grains. This "mother wheat" boasts rich, nutty, and herbal flavors and is packed with nutrition. Excellent in both sweet and savory applications, Rose loves it in her brown butter blondies.

    • Our Yellow Cornmeal has a pleasant toothsome texture and nostalgic toasty and sweet corn taste. We love the golden jewel-yellow tone it imparts to all of our bakes. Try it in recipes from Rose’s section on the Americas.

    • BSM’s Premium All-Purpose flour is a custom blend of two of our favorite high-performing heirloom wheats - Red Fife and Sonora - and will accompany you through many of Rose’s recipes alongside bold flavor-making grains.
