There is a bit of a learning curve, as the flour is softer than typical flours I have been using from the grocery store. But the flavor is fantastic. I'm a big fan

The Mediterranean "00" makes one of the fluffiest, creamiest doughs for baking. From pizza crust to cookies to biscuits and anything else you can think of it has the perfect texture and a spectacular flavor. One of my favorites. I always try to keep at least a little bit on hand.
