Tap into your inner pasta granny and come make pasta with us! Learn how to mix and hand-shape homemade pasta with Stephanie of The Salty Dough Co. This class is perfect for stocking up on pasta for quick, seasonal dinners and is also a wonderful way to create homemade edible gifts for your loved ones!

For this pasta intensive, you will spend class mastering Stephanie's family recipes, which have been passed down through generations and adapted for eggless and dairy-free enjoyment. Pasta-making is one of the oldest forms of dough-play, requiring little to no equipment to create and enjoy! In this class, we will learn how to craft several hand-shaped pastas from "pasta bianca" dough (eggless dough), as well as how to infuse fresh flavors (and nutrition!) into our dough. We will also pair some simple, no-cook sauces (think pesto and Stephanie's classic plant-based alfredo) to top our fresh pasta delights! You can look forward to making classic and creative shapes like cavatelli, pici, busiate, and trofie.

Whether you're new to making homemade pasta, or want to hone your craft with a pro, we'd love to see you in class. ALL levels are welcome, and we're so excited to see you!
