Really good, but a bit pricey.
This dough makes really incredible bread and pizza dough! Unlike anything you could ever get at a store. We loved it and will be ordering a lot more!
These flours are wonderful for all and any baking you may want to do. Remember that ALL PURPOSE flour is simply harder winter wheat mixed with Spring 'soft' wheat.
I love baking with this the AP bled, the crumbs on my cakes are perfect now!
