Our custom-mixed, 'Standard' All-Purpose flour is a combination of TAM 105 (hard red winter wheat) and Crawford Red (soft red winter wheat), sifted to ‘00’ and blended for the perfect combination of flavor, structure, and tenderness in cookies, cakes, rolls and pies.

I love baking my sourdough with Barton Springs Mill flours

This order included several different types including Organic AP. Great for discard baking. I've made banana bread, english muffins and PB&J cookies with the AP and the feedback from friends and family is chef kisses all the time.

Best Present From My Kids
