One of my fave flours from BSM. Their flours and wheat berries are clean and shipping is efficient. I appreciate having a flour mill close to me (within 2 hours) that delivers quality products! I'm a repeat, satisfied customer!
I love all of the flours but this one is really good. I used it in many of my Xmas recipes. I also bake bread once a week and this has been a good addition.
I made a wonderful open crumb boule with a great ear using 75% OO and 25% WW stardust flours. I wish I could post a picture.
