Best pizza dough flour

I primarily use Butler's Gold for pizza dough, although it's good for sourdough loaves as well. It's high protein content makes it easy to work with, and creates an amazing hardy pizza crust. I highly recommend it for pizza.

I love this flour, but shipping is very expensive.. and the last shipment I received there was a bag of flour that had a hole in it, and flour was everywhere.
