Katya Lyukum is coming to the mill to share her crepe knowledge with YOU! In this class, you will learn about the differences and similarities between crepes across Europe, including classic French and Italian methods for crepes and crespelles. Stone-ground flour from Barton Springs Mill makes this already-delicious delicacy even more flavorful - come and taste for yourself!
During class, you will master the fundamentals of mixing crepe batter and cooking crepes evenly and to ideal thickness for various applications. You'll take turns cooking crepes to master your newly learned skills, in preparation for the class tasting course:
You'll learn not only how to master Katya's crepe recipe, but also how to make each component of these two incredible recipes and assemble for an incredible dish. You can look forward to taking home a wealth of new knowledge about various kitchen techniques, crepe recipes, crepe cooking + storage methods , and two fundamental French and Italian recipes. We hope you come to this class and enjoy crepes with us!
This class is BYOB for participants 21+, so bring a special ferment if you so please for ultimate brunchy fun! 🥂

Class Policies:
By purchasing tickets to attend one of our classes, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Participant Class Policies and Media Release. Close-toed shoes and a head covering (such as a baseball cap) required for all classes.
TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER CLASSES. You may transfer tickets to another person to attend in your place - simply have them check in under the original name used to purchase the ticket(s).
Touring our facility requires that all participants adhere to health guidelines - all touring participants (included in ticket) will be required to remove most jewelry and piercings, and wear a beard net (if applicable) and/or hair net. Close-toed shoes are required for entering any part of our facility.
In keeping with low COVID risk level in Travis County, masks are optional and up to personal discretion for this class.
