    Red fife

I have found this flour adds quality to my breads. Adding it to my sourdough honey wheat bread is a relatively edition. And freshly ground makes for wonderful!

I love this flour. Over and over.

I buy and mill Red Fife wheat berries. I usually mix 100% extraction Red Fife (30-50%) with a bread flour for a while grain flavor and crumb. I also use whole grain Red Fife to feed my starter and for levains. I like the flavor that is evident but will not overpower other flours. This is a versatile wheat I always have in the pantry.
