    excellent for bread

    This flour was described as high protein so I figured it would be good for bread, and I was right. Great taste, better rise. This may become my go-to whole wheat flour.

    Makes a great dough!
    I used 30% Butlers and 70% Caputo red label 00
    The flavor was fantastic. Very nice oven spring and chew.

    We've been using BSM flour for pizza (and bread) for several years. After attending their Pizza Date Night class, we began using Yecora Rojo for our crusts, with great results.
    I purchased Butler's Gold after BSM's facebook post about this flour's suitability for pizza. I'm sold - crust with 90% Butler's Gold / 10% Yecora Rojo delivered a crispy, soft crust with great flavor and fantastic elasticity!!!

    This flour make very good pancakes and buscuits.

    Good Sourdough bread

    Tam 105 makes a good sourdough loaf, but I still prefer Ruby Lee which is not available.

    Yecora Rojo Sourdough

    Combined with Einkorn Whole Grain flour for sourdough loaf. Combined flours had a very nice nutty flavor and great crust. Much different than with regular whole wheat. Would recommend it.
