        Barton Springs Stardust

It's hard for me to find a grain of wheat from Barton Springs that I do not love. BSM is my go to place for most all of my sourdough baking. The varied selection is a grand adventure for bread bakers and those who love a delicious variety of cookies, cakes and scones; just about anything a home baker might want to try. All that said, I find Stardust to be a disappointment for most of my bread baking. Though it does shine as a refresher for a sourdough starter. I was amazed at the results! Thrilling starter activity that makes the perfect loaf we all chase.

        Great and yummy activity

I had a great time baking my own baguette at BSM, and was very delicious ! I hope, I’ll take the time to do it on my own. I wish the class would be a smaller group so we could have more individual attention. But other than that, GREAT experience! Thank you!
