This class is all about the fundamentals of great roll-and-cut sugar cookies, from building a reliable dough base to achieving clean, polished decoration. We’ll cover royal icing in depth, including how to mix and adjust different consistencies for piping, flooding, and detail work. We'll keep it kid-friendly too, and include fun sprinkles!
Participants will practice outlining and flooding, then explore more advanced decorating techniques such as wet-on-wet designs and layered details. This class emphasizes solid technique and repeatable methods, so you leave with both beautiful cookies and the confidence to recreate them at home!

Ideal for all skill levels! This class may be advanced for younger kids, but ages 5+ welcome! Adult participation required if kids are 18 years or younger.
Class Policies:
TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER CLASSES. You may transfer tickets to another person to attend in your place - simply have them check in under the original name used to purchase the ticket(s).

Touring our facility requires that all participants adhere to health guidelines - all touring participants (included in ticket) will be required wear a hair net that effectively restraints all hair, including mustaches, goatees, and any other facial hair. Close-toed shoes and shirts that cover the underarms and shoulders are required for entering any part of our facility, per health code. No exceptions.
In keeping with the low COVID risk level in Travis County, masks are optional and up to personal discretion for this class.
