New! Organic Long-Grain Rice

The rice is very good. We used it to eat with fish and we have also used it with broccoli and rice casserole very fresh and good.

I have never had trouble cooking rice well before. I have tried this rice three times now and have not been successful once. Crunchy, gooey, both. I have rinsed thoroughly, tried soaking, tried different water amounts - no matter what I cannot get this rice to cook up right. I am a big BSM flour fan but will not be repurchasing the rice - it was an expensive fail.

If you think, "rice is jut rice", think again! I attended a class at the Mill and purchased a bag of this rice along with some other items. We had this rice with dinner last evening and after tasting it, my only thought was, "why on earth did I only buy one bag?" I am actually on the website to order more. It cooked up beautifully - the taste and texture were outstanding - almost buttery, but fluffy. I used a rice cooker and have done for years. I have never had rice turn out this well. The entire family were delighted with the rice. I am the only one in the family that will eat brown rice, but after enjoying the white rice so much, I will be ordering the brown rice as well.

This rice exceeded my expectations. This is coming from a person who normally buys medium grain. I will purchase again. Love it!😍

My only regret is that I only bought one pound. This rice is wonderful! I used it to make a batch of Mexican Rice and it was so good. The rice cooked up as individual grains and was not a mussy or crumbly mess like other rice I’ve bought at the store. I will be ordering more, the flavor and quality is exceptional.
