Discover the art of traditional Puerto Rican baking in this hands-on, flavor-filled class! Students will learn how to craft Pan Sobao, a beloved soft, slightly sweet bread known for its rich texture and golden crust. Using our organic stone-milled grains, we’ll explore techniques that honor tradition while elevating flavor and nutrition.

From mixing and kneading to shaping and baking, you’ll gain the skills to recreate this iconic bread at home. Once our loaves are fresh out of the oven, we’ll take things a step further—transforming them into classic Puerto Rican ham and cheese bocadillo sandwiches: warm, melty, and irresistibly delicious.

Whether enjoyed warm with butter, paired with your favorite sandwich fillings, or served alongside a hearty meal, pan sobao brings a comforting, nostalgic feel with every bite. Its balanced flavor and pillowy softness make it an inviting, easy-to-love bread for those seeking something familiar yet uniquely satisfying.

BYOB is fine by us for participants 21+ 🥂
