It’s been a standard practice of mine to add at least 10% whole grains to my flour mix of whatever I’m making for added taste and nutrition. I stumbled upon your emmer flour and wholly molly, just a little bit in my sourdough loaves has really taken it to another level in texture, flavor and aroma.
