    After seven years, the stars at last align to bring you this incredible Limited Edition blend of Marquis and Mediterranean heirloom wheats!

    We’ve finally produced enough of these varieties to get them to you in our popular All-Purpose formulation. Use this premium blend anywhere you normally utilize AP: Pan loaves, biscuits, waffles, pancakes, cookies, shortbreads, pie crusts, and more.

    Both varieties were actively grown in Texas in the first quarter of the 20th century, as reflected in the 1919 Wheat Classification: the first national effort at cataloging wheat varieties under cultivation across the entire US. This winning combination blends the nutty, mild flavors of Marquis with the honeyed goodness of Mediterranean.  We’re sure you’ll come back for more, while supplies last!

    Outstanding flavor

    I've used a variety of BSM flours for a few years now and have always been pleased with the flours, but I am on a personal slow-learning curve, so I'm sometimes hesitant to substitute when I don't want to take a chance on a different flour. With the holidays ahead I wanted to use BSM AP flour for my familiar recipes and when I saw the Limited Edition AP flour offered, I knew this was the one I wanted to use. What I really didn't expect was the truly wonderful flavor the flour added to the finished product - especially biscuits and possibly the best pie crust I've ever made. I also used the pie crust recipe provided on the BSM site, which added to the success of the crust. (Thank you BSM for continuing to add more recipes!) This flour was the only different ingredient used and it elevated the flavor. I'm so pleased with this flour and hope that the stars will continue to align so that it can be a regular offering!

    I love these flours, they have a “ taste”! I’m giving your flours as Christmas gifts !🎁🤗. I feel better eating the breads ,biscuits, pizzas, knowing these are unadulterated.

    Incredible texture and reliability

    My family wasn’t quite ready for the whole wheat pie crust on their pumpkin pie; I have to ease them over to the healthier side gradually! I decided to use the All-purpose flour for my next round of pies and we were all blown away by the texture, taste, and stamina of the pie crust, resulting of course, from the BS All-Purpose flour!!!! It taste like flour should taste; no stale overtones or underwhelming snap. It maintains a whole body flavor that compliments anything you bake!
