    We’ve finally produced enough of these varieties to get them to you in our popular All-Purpose formulation. Use this premium blend anywhere you normally utilize AP: Pan loaves, biscuits, waffles, pancakes, cookies, shortbreads, pie crusts, and more.

    Both varieties were actively grown in Texas in the first quarter of the 20th century, as reflected in the 1919 Wheat Classification: the first national effort at cataloging wheat varieties under cultivation across the entire US. This winning combination blends the nutty, mild flavors of Marquis with the honeyed goodness of Mediterranean.  We’re sure you’ll come back for more, while supplies last!

    Limited Edition Stone Milled AP Flour

    Very happy baking with this all purpose flour and love the fact that it is locally grown. I mix it half and half with my whole wheat flour for my sourdough bread, waffles and other baked goods. I love how it comes out. I would definitely purchase this again.
