Good for gluten development

This wheat, in my opinion, doesn’t bring a ton of flavor. It brings great gluten and supports other wheats and rye very well. Really good for my sourdough recipes with more aromatic wheat. A solid performer for sourdough.

Fabulous for bread!

This has been a wonderful wheat berry to work with as someone new to bread making.

Fantastic had an issue with shipping they were so easy to work with reshipped everything on the house.

I really like the flavor of Butler’s Gold, which I use in making sourdough bread. I don’t know how I would really describe the flavor other than to say to my personal taste it is one of the best.
