Join us for another amazing pasta workshop with Stephanie of The Salty Dough Co.! Learn how to master Italian gnocchi variations with BSM freshly stone-ground flour.
During this class, Stephanie will walk you through how to properly mix dough for fluffy and filling, but not too dense gnocchi. You'll spend class learning how to make both ricotta and potato-enriched gnocchi, from dough to shaping. After making your gnocchi pillows, you'll get to cook and enjoy them with Stephanie's signature fresh & elegant sauces that compliment fresh pasta without overpowering the inherent depth of flavor that comes from using freshly stone-ground flour.
