The best flour that I have used, I have used this flour for banana bread and honey wheat bread. The texture is a little heavy but it has a nutty flavor to ut. I mixed some sonora flour with stardust to bake the banana bread.

Barton Springs is my go to for Wheat berries

I am fairly new to milling my own wheat for bread and other baked goods. Barton Springs has exactly what I need and the answers to all my questions. Their grain is always so clean without worries. Stardust is my favorite hard white wheat for bread.

            Wheat berries

We’re just starting to try milling our own flour with varieties of wheat berries, and these have been so great to experiment with. Really high quality and variety
