Probably wasn't the right gift to send to my daughter at college who just wondered "Why did I just send her flour?". From the description, I thought at least the other dry ingredients needed would be included so she would just need milk + eggs which I think is a reasonable expection for the price. Would not order again.

It also includes a cookbook, 'The Pancake Papers: Your Guide To Fresh Flour Hotcakes,' which features numerous recipes. Your daughter could certainly use the cookbook to create her own pre-made mix ahead of time and add in the additional ingredients on days she has extra time to mix a batter. We do not currently offer any ready-made baking mixes and have not marketed this offering as such. I made pancakes for entire family during Spring Break trip. Pancake loving grandson said they were awesome! I can’t think of a better recommendation. I used Sonora wheat for that batch and plan to use Buckwheat and Rye soon for dinner. I wish your flours were available locally.

Buckwheat pancakes

I loved the buckwheat so much that I haven’t tried the others yet.
The recipe list was a little sparse IMO.
