Trying to eat healthier and don’t always trust the old go-to’s for my ingredients. Love that this is a great source that I can trust. Appreciate all the work put into getting this to the public.

I have used about a 1/4 cup of what bran each day for 40 years; my dad died of colon cancer, and although i cannot give all the creidt to bran, NOT ME, age 70. It is an excellent product, and is easy to cook with, place on cereal or consume in water. REAL FIBER.
