This 19th century wheat was the favorite of French bakers for generations. Breads from Rouge de Bordeaux have a rich, nutty flavor with aromas of cinnamon and baking spice. It can be used as bread flour in any recipe.

    Love my RdB grain

    I have a favorite sandwich bread recipe that requires Rogue de Bordeaux flour. My regular grain supplier does not carry the exotic grains. I really appreciate Barton Springs for how clean the grain is and how quick it arrives. Thank you very much.

    Great aroma and taste

    The flavor is so so good! We made a few loves with the rouge de bourdeaux wheat berries and the flavor is unmatched!! Great product and will definitely be ordering again in the future!
