Make a hack baker like me feel like an artist. Great for SD bread following Abbie's video instruction.

I am still debating if I should stop using it because of the high gluten content so it may not be healthy for me and may switchback to Einkorn wheat

Hi George! We are happy to help and support you on your baking journey no matter what kind of grain you decide to use. Good luck!

    Great bread!

My 2 lb. Loaves in the Zovirushi bread maker come out beautifully round & firm even when I add walnuts, sunflower seeds, & pumpkin seeds!
