    Well, I bought the gift card for a family member. So after receiving the email with the gift card from BartonSprings, I forwarded it on with some words of my own as to why I was sending it to them. For some reason they found it suspicious and thought it spam. So they sat on it and after a few days, decided to open it and were very pleased at finding a valid gift card to you guys. They finally contacted me to express thanks. They are at a point in their bread & pizza dough making that they want to try other grains. I wait to learn of their results with your flours.

    Although I could not see my daughter face to face we were able to face time and bake together. So she was surprise to get a gift card to replace her Barton Springs items.
