Used TAM 00 for fresh pasta. Texture and flavor was delightful. They always say their flours are thirsty so check the amount of water/liquid/moisture you add

Excellent product; shipping is pricey

I absolutely love the flours - my sourdough is thriving, but I could really only get this flour as a treat because shipping costs were over $50 (over 25% of the total order cost).

Great product

My husband used this flour for his pizza and omg!! It was amazing! We will never go back to our other flour. The crust was tender and chewy inside and baked up crispy outside.
