Excellent product; shipping is pricey

I absolutely love the flours - my sourdough is thriving, but I could really only get this flour as a treat because shipping costs were over $50 (over 25% of the total order cost).

Great product

My husband used this flour for his pizza and omg!! It was amazing! We will never go back to our other flour. The crust was tender and chewy inside and baked up crispy outside.

One of the bags of 00 flour busted open in the box during shipping. I tried contacting the company but never received a response.

Best flour ever!
