PARTNER CLASSES ARE FOR EVERYBODY! Bring your BFF, partner, or a new friend and learn something new together!
Tap into your inner pasta granny and come make pasta with us! Learn how to mix, hand-shape, and fill classic Italian pastas with Stephanie of The Salty Dough Co. This class will be a fun crash-course for learning how to make some of the most beloved stuffed pasta shapes, including ravioli, agnolotti, and tortellini.
For this pasta intensive, you will spend class mastering Stephanie's family recipes, which have been passed down through generations with love and care. Learn how to properly mix and hydrate pasta dough from scratch, how to roll out your pasta into luxurious sheets, cut + mold into classic shapes, and stuff with seasonal, savory goodness. Enjoy some pasta in class before taking plenty of your fresh pasta pillows home to enjoy at your leisure. Bring your BFF, partner, or a new friend and learn something new together! Whether you're new to making homemade pasta, or want to hone your craft with a pro, we'd love to see you in class. ALL levels are welcome, and we're so excited to see you!
