        Great flour

I’ve been really pleased with all the varieties of flour we’ve tried. The stardust has a mild flavor and makes a beautiful loaf!

        Perfect for pie crust

This flour was wonderful for pie crust. I have been trying different flours with BSM and this is by far my favorite for a flaky light crust.

        Delicious

Have not been about the get these loaves to pop tall, may try some diastatic malt in it on next attempt, but you would be really hard pressed to find a better tasting white wheat than Stardust.

        Great bread results

I used this flour twice now to make the Pan De Cristal recipe from the Barton Springs Mill website. It was amazing both times. Thank you!
