made biscuits using Purple Straw flour

make a southern type biscuit using the recipe on the White Lily Flour recipe for southern biscuits except i used the Purple Straw flour instead. they were delicious i have altered the recipe that i use for biscuits by adding 1/2 tsp of baking soda and increased the amount of Crisco. plan on making the Muddy Pond Molasses Cookie using the Purple Straw flour instead of using a white flolour
