    Just as Expected

    Just like all of the other flours I have used from Barton Springs, the Premium AP is outstanding. Very easy to work with once you remember to use a touch more water than using store bought flours.
    It really is perfect for all baking and far more flavorful and healthy than the normal everyday store bought brands.
