        Great Multi-use Flour

This is our go to flour and we love it. The flour has a mellow and complex flavor profile. It makes great yeasted doughs; we have done white breads, English muffins, a variation of Shokupan, and doughnuts. It also works great in pancakes, waffles, coffee cake, and cookies.
