    Yecora Roja @ high altitude

I absolutely love Yecora Rojo 00 as well as Yecora Roja WW and use one or the other to bake sourdough bread at 8100’ using BSM’s recipe for whole wheat country sourdough (with no adjustments needed for high altitude). Every loaf is soft but chewy and has the best flavor. We sell at our local farmers’ market, and it is a huge crowd pleaser.

    Best flour ever!

I've been using Barton Springs Mill flour now for all my sourdough baked goods at my farmers market stand. Incredible flavor and my customers keep coming back. Highly recommend any of their flours.

I ordered the bulk whole wheat yecora rojo for sourdough. It's flavorful and has good consistency.
