    Our custom-mixed, 'Standard' All-Purpose flour is a combination of TAM 105 (hard red winter wheat) and Crawford Red (soft red winter wheat), sifted to ‘00’ and blended for the perfect combination of flavor, structure, and tenderness in cookies, cakes, rolls and pies.

    Having fun experimenting with BSM flours

    I used Butler's Gold with BSM sandwich recipe. It was a bit too dense for us - but delicious. Made cheese focaccia wit Star Dust, I only used half the cheese but it was still too much. I'll make it again thought. I also made bread in my machine 25% Star Dust, 25% Butler's Gold and 50% my original AP. It was great. I have another loaf in my machine now using BSM recipe with 1/3 Butler's Gold and 2/3 Star Dust. I purchased BSM AP at your benefit for flood victims and am anxious to try your recipe for Hawaiian rolss and a couple of others. I've watched your sour dough video and have some starter "cooking" made with the BSB stamdard AP. ❣️🤗

    Sourdough!!!

    I am loving this flour - typical grocery store flour bleached and all that jazz my body does not tolerate, i get bloated and inflamed and stayed away from bread. Our local rancher uses your flour and I started making sourdough with it - my whole family loves it. I will keep ordering your flour as that's all we use, I did miss baking and now I get to enjoy it again!
